Called to have my hot water heater serviced at 9am and they were here working on it before I could get off the phone with Melissa, the office lady. Came in at 9:05, set the expectation of what was needed done, completed the job, CLEANED, and left! Exactly how every company should handle business. Was even able to schedule a service appointment for next year! Every service manager and employee was professional and pleasant to work with. Couldn’t recommend this company enough

We had a client who just lost his job all while his wife was undergoing cancer treatment. They had a major leak in the yard costing them hundreds of dollars that they didn't have in water bills while water was spilling into the sidewalk and street. The cost to dig and replace that line was close to $8,000 yet Josh. and crew were able to discount that to a fraction of the estimate to help this family out. We recently had Perfect Plumbing out to fix an annoying problem. As usual, the problem was fixed perfectly! What we’ve come to expect: Bob assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed (there were two ways) and the cost. Very up front about all. Perfect Plumbing has been our plumber for some time and we’ve been completely satisfied with their work everyone we’ve needed a plumber.

Great response from the good folks at Perfect Plumbing, Linthicum, Maryland. They responded quickly and professionally. The owner Josh actually came to the house each time we had a job for them, to do the assessment and give us a written estimate. Best of all, the prices were reasonable. * They installed our tankless water heater. * They installed a new stainless laundry sink in our basement. * They installed a gas heater for our in-ground pool. This required several team members to work inside and outside the home. They dug quite a large hole in the side yard, to run the new piping to the house. They did all these jobs with minimal interference to our day-to-day life. They cleaned up beautifully each time putting everything back just the way we liked it. All of the staff, from the initial phone call, to the young men that performed all of the duties were professional, polite and very easy to work with.

This was our first time using Perfect Plumbing. We had an issue on Easter Sunday. Eli arrived in less than an hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company!
