The technicians were kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. The price was very fair. Nice to deal with an honest and trustworthy company. This is my second experience using Perfect Plumbing and I will continue to use them with all of my plumbing needs.
Perfect Plumbing was recommend to us I was frantically calling friends for a plumbing referral when we had sewage backing up into out tubs. I've had the pleasure of dealing with friendly service technicians before, but these guys sat a cut above the rest! Polite, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, discussed pricing upfront so no surprises, and they were fine with us hovering and asking questions to learn more about what they were doing and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Was very happy with the service provided. Had a major issue with a crack in my sewer pipe. Josh, Josiah, Joel, and Zak were all very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the owner (Josh) came out to do the estimate. He answered all my questions including follow up questions over the phone. The estimate was very competitive and was more detailed and thought out compared to other contractors. Most importantly, the final price matched the estimate, so there were no surprises there. The customer support from Melissa in the main office was very good. She was very easy to work with, returned calls promptly, was easy to reach, and effectively handled rescheduling the work when bad weather forced us to. Overall I'm very satisfied with Perfect Plumbing!
Needed a plumber ASAP ! Have a nail salon and spa and put a hole on a water pipe 11 PM at night . Would not be able to do pedacurs in the morning if we did not get the pipe fixed . I called Perfect plumbing and within 5 min had a technician call me back , he was here within the hour ! The technicians name was Cam , and he did such a great job that we were able to open on time with the water running ! Thanks Cam for your professional work and great attitude !
